Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quote doesn’t create a contract. Paid work is governed by a separate Website Agreement (Version 3, 19 October 2026, at maximiseperformance.com/agreement), which a business accepts only by ticking it on our secure payment page and paying. These terms aren’t part of that agreement, and accepting them doesn’t commit you to any paid work. If anything here conflicts with it, the Website Agreement wins.

We may link to third-party sites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
