You say yes
On the phone, or by hitting accept on the link I send. That's the whole commitment — nothing is owed and nothing is charged.
Start to finish is about a fortnight: 7 days for me to build it, 7 days for you to test it. Your time in that is roughly twenty minutes — sending me photos, and telling me what you want changed.
On the phone, or by hitting accept on the link I send. That's the whole commitment — nothing is owed and nothing is charged.
Photos of your work, your logo if you have one, your licence number, hours and the services you want listed. Text them to me. About twenty minutes of your time, all up.
I send you a private link to the finished site. Your current site is not touched, not changed and not taken down at any point. If I'm late with the preview, $50 comes off the price automatically — you don't have to ask.
Open it on your phone, show your partner, show your mates. Send me everything you want changed in one list — that round of changes is included.
When you're happy, you reply YES to a text. That's the approval, and there's a record of it for both of us.
I invoice you once it's approved, and you pay in full. Nothing before that point — no deposit, and nothing to pay at all if you never approve it.
I send you one line to paste at whoever your domain is with, or we do it together on a screen-share. You click it, not me.
It stays exactly where it is, in your name, with whoever you bought it from. All that changes is one record pointing at the new site.
I never take over your nameservers, so the settings that carry your email are never in my hands. I write down what they were before anything changes.
You open the hosting account, on your card. It costs nothing for a site this size. You add me as an admin so I can build it.
Two clicks in your own account and I'm gone, and you keep everything — the site, the domain, the accounts. Nothing switches off.
For 14 days from handover, anything broken in what I built gets fixed at no charge — a link that doesn't work, a form that doesn't send, something that renders wrong on a phone. That's a defect warranty, not a second round of changes: new wording, new photos, new sections and new pages are quoted, or covered by the care plan. It doesn't affect your rights under Australian consumer law, which have no expiry at all.
Because I rang you first, you also get ten business days to cancel for any reason, penalty-free — and I take no money and put nothing live inside that window. It runs while I'm building, so you never wait on it. The full wording is in the agreement I email you and on the terms page.
Tell me your business name and I'll look at your website, your Google profile and whether your phone actually gets answered — then send you what I find, in plain English, with the fixes you can do yourself. Yours to keep either way.
